Lonely Reggae
I know a rich man
Who owns a mansion made of stone
And everyday when he returns from work
He finds that he is all alone
I know a woman
With a beauty that is very rare
she has adoring fans
But not one who really cares
Look into their eyes
See inside their soul
A weave of tangled lies
And a life out of control
(Lonely reggae)
I know a movie star
With an entourage and limousine
but when the curtains close
they are all alone behind the scenes
Glimpse into the future
and see yourself alone
All the burning bridges
Like a fire out of control
(Lonely reggae)
Never look within
Always focused on a distant star
And as the years fade away
They forget who they really are
(Lonely reggae)

I Don't Hate You

Don't Hate You
You told me I could trust you but I had my doubts
Should have listened to myself
I was a fool when the truth came out
that you were just playing games
I turned my back and I walked away
Not said a word since that fateful day
But I don't hate you
When times were tough and I needed a friend
you were never there to lend a hand
Though I was there when you needed me
I finally saw what I needed to see
Put up a wall between me and you
Don't want you 'round no matter what you do
But I don't hate you
<bridge>
If the truth be told you think you're better than me
though you haven't done much of anything
You did your best to try and bring me down
And now you wonder why I'm not around
I hope your days are filled with pain
I hope suffer again and again
But I don't hate you...
I don't hate you
I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't hate you

The Mews
If these walls could talk they'd have stories to tell
with tales of madness and whispers of hell
The children run wild while their parents are away
Playing games children shouldn't play
Playing games children shouldn't play
The summers heat takes the idle hands
It turns them to violence and ill thought out plans
Consummated with the blood of the mark
who found himself all alone in the dark
Girls get pregnant and the boys get lost
Promises made with fingers crossed
Where the lost and the poor have nothing left to lose
Don't let your guard down in the Mews
Don't let your guard down in the Mews

You're Always There

You're Always There
There's no escaping the sands of time
You never know when you might lose your mind
Nothings for certain but don't despair
'Cause no matter where you are, you're always there
Whatever happens, whatever comes your way
Others may come and go but you must stay
You can sabotage you're life if you dare
But no matter where you are, you're always there
You spent a lifetime escaping the past
You're standing still though you're living so fast
One day soon its going to catch up with you
When the fantasy finally comes to an end
And you realise that have no friends
You're free to pretend that you don't care
Though no matter where you are, you're always there
You spent a lifetime escaping the past
You're standing still though you're living so fast
One day soon its going to catch up with you

Jason Visible Djibouti
An abortion survivor, I was raised by wild maggots in the back-alleys of Toronto's Parkdale neighborhood.
As a young man I survived by making money as a door to door twig salesman and had great aspirations of becoming a professional unicycle mechanic. However, due to a tragic sewing accident this dream was crushed.
Thus the only option left to me was to become a universally celebrated artist.
